Maureen

Maureen is the head cake baker and decorator of Centa's Sensational Cakes and Pies. Maureen has been decorating cakes for many years. It all started with decorating her children's birthday cakes. Little by little the cakes became more complex and people started asking if they could buy cakes from her. In the summerof 2010 Maureen decided to open her own home bakery.

Other then decorating cakes, Maureen enjoys spending time with her husband and six kids. She loves to travel, go to the movies, and the theatre. Maureen is also passionate about adoption and foster care and is willing to talk anyone thinking about adopting or becoming foster parents. Harry

Harry is the the head pie baker at Centa's Sensational Cakes and Pies. Harry has been baking pies since his childhood. His father was a chef in the US Marines and passed his love for baking to Harry. Harry is now passing on the pie baking tradition to his six kids.

Harry loves to spend his spare time with his family and friends. Harry likes to golf, swim, garden, and enjoy backyard BBQs and bonfires with his family and friends. Along with Maureen, Harry is also passionate about adoption and foster care.
